The Black throated green was such a great bird this trip. You couldn't go 10 feet without one having to show you how pretty he is.
They're so cute when they have a itch & their bloomers are showing.Black Throated Green

Dave at burdzbuttz if you happen to read this, don't want to step on your toes
Butt come on...............

Black throated green

After staring at thousands of people walking below him & his friend at times, I think he has enough of all the flashes. Note the one eyed stare. Eastern screech owl

Ruby-crowned Kinglets are one of my favorite birds. How could you not love this face. Ruby-crowned Kinglet

This black & white, or Zebra bird as my son calls him, was posed so nice I had to show him off. Black & White Warbler

While we were all waiting on the beach for the Gold Wing to show up, "ya Dad & Eric I did see it, along with the guy behind me", I took a little stroll, after getting yelled at by some guy in a cowboy hat. God love him. This little guy came peeking out to say HI!
Yellow Warbler

Once again we were at Magee for our annual bird chasing & waiting weekend. Eric's annual forced march. We had a great time & met some wonderful people. I finally had a few minutes for Eric to read the book on the new camera & tell me what I needed to know. Between mom I need this, help me with that & the girls calling screaming into the answering machine "mom I know your home pick up the phone" oh ya & working in the yard & at work, why couldn't I get this done.?

We got back home from our annual birding trip to Magee on Sunday. Another great year. Met some great people & saw quite a few birds. Eric got a couple of life birds this trip. A couple of good ones too!!! A Golden -winged warbler & a Blue-winged warbler. He's already completed a painting of the blue-winged. Imagine that. I hope to be posting a couple of pictures in the next day or two. New camera, have to figure out how it works. Gotta go read the book. HAPPY BIRDING!!!
